容积式流量计自动校验系统的设计

【摘要】:容积式流量计自动校验控制系统主要是自动校验、标定容积式仪表。主要实现的功能有自动化设置二次仪表参数、自动化分析校验数据、自动化存储历史数据,自动控制油泵电机、回油电机、比例阀、电磁阀等启停。以便于提高生产效率、流量计的精度。克服以往生产效率低下、人工成本高、难以查找历史记录、人工设置参数、人工判断、计算、校验仪表的精度低等缺点。 该系统以工控机为核心并作为上位机,对整个系统进行监测与控制。通过MODBUS总线对STM32F103控制模块、4-20mA输出模块控制、现实对泵、比例阀、回油电机、回油电磁阀的自动控制。该系统主要是由工控机、STM32控制板模块、4~20mA输出模块、二次仪表、开关电源、交流接触器等组成。上位机采用微软的Visual Basic6.0开发环境进行开发,对下位机实时监测控制。STM32控制板模块,以STM32F103做为主控芯片,其具有ARM内核框架结构。其中是由六路继电器输出、六路光电输入、三路模拟量输入、max485通讯芯片、24C02数据存储芯片、数码管显示及驱动芯片、4个独立式键盘构成。二次仪表表头是一种智能化二次仪表。该仪表采用DM12864M中文字库液晶屏TC89C58做为主控芯片,AD694做为4-20mA电流输出芯片,特殊的瞬时流量算法,克服了传统中数码管显示不直观、电流输出不准确、瞬时流量不稳定的特点。该二次仪表与脉冲式电信号的流量计配套,实际使用过程中,在智能化、显示直观性、操作便利性等各方面取得了良好的效果。4~20mA电流输出模块,是通过二次仪表简单的改造过来的,主要是用于控制比例的开启度。 经过检定实验证实:容积式流量计自动校验控制这一系统操控简易、方便,运转稳定。容积式流量计自动校验控制系统在技术方面和经济方面,大大提高了生产效率,具有显著的经济效益和实用性,对容积式流量计的生产厂商来说,具有重要的实际意义。
[Abstract]:The automatic calibration control system of volume Flowmeter is mainly automatic calibration and calibration of volume meter. The main functions include automatic setting of secondary instrument parameters, automatic analysis and calibration data, automatic storage of historical data, automatic control of oil pump motor, oil return motor, proportional valve, solenoid valve and other start-up and stop. The STM32F103 control module and 4-20mA output module are controlled by MODBUS bus, and the automatic control of pump, proportional valve, oil return motor and oil return solenoid valve is realized. The system is mainly composed of industrial control computer, STM32 control board module, 4~20mA output module, secondary instrument, switching power supply, AC contactor and so on. The upper computer is developed by Microsoft's Visual Basic6.0 development environment, and the real-time monitoring and control of the lower computer is carried out. The STM32 control board module is based on STM32F103 as the main control chip, and it has the ARM kernel frame structure. It is composed of six relay output, six photoelectric input, three analog input, max485 communication chip, 24C02 data memory chip, digital tube display and drive chip, and four independent keyboards. The secondary meter head is an intelligent secondary meter. The instrument uses DM12864M Chinese font LCD TC89C58 as the main control chip and AD694 as the 4-20mA current output chip. The special instantaneous flow algorithm overcomes the traditional digital tube display is not intuitive, the current output is not accurate. The characteristics of transient flow instability. The secondary instrument has achieved good results in intelligence, visualization, convenience of operation and so on. 4~20mA current output module, in the process of practical application, has achieved good results in matching with pulse type electric signal Flowmeter, which has been used in the practical application process, such as intellectualization, visualization, convenience of operation and so on. It is simply modified by the secondary instrument, which is mainly used to control the opening degree of the scale. The verification experiment proves that the automatic calibration and control system of volume Flowmeter is simple, convenient and stable. In terms of technology and economy, the automatic calibration and control system of volume Flowmeter greatly improves production efficiency and has remarkable economic benefits and practicability. It is of great practical significance to the manufacturers of volume Flowmeter.
