弹光调制傅里叶变换光谱仪中数据通信

【摘要】:在弹光调制傅里叶变换光谱仪(PEM-FTS)中,为满足实时干涉信号的高速采集与处理的要求,提出基于FPGA+DSP的硬件平台实现方案。使用32位浮点型DSP芯片TMS320C6713的外部存储器接口(EMIF)与FPGA连接,利用DSP的中断、片选及读写使能信号作为判断位与使能位,在FPGA端编写状态机来完成两者之间的多路数据传输。在硬件DSP上采用非均匀快速傅里叶变换算法(NUFFT)完成数据的实时处理,对被测激光进行光谱反演。实验结果表明,该方法可以实现FPGA与DSP之间的数据通信,NUFFT算法能快速准确地反演出干涉信号的光谱信息。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of high-speed acquisition and processing of real-time interference signals in elastic-optical modulation Fourier transform spectrometer (PEM-FTS), a hardware platform implementation scheme based on FPGA DSP is proposed. The external memory interface (EMIF) of 32-bit floating-point DSP chip TMS320C6713 is connected to FPGA. The interrupt of DSP, chip selection, reading and writing enable signal are used as judgment bit and enable bit, and a state machine is written at FPGA to complete the multi-channel data transmission between the two. The non-uniform fast Fourier transform algorithm (NUFFT) is used to process the data in real time on the hardware DSP, and the spectral inversion of the measured laser is carried out. The experimental results show that the method can realize the data communication between FPGA and DSP, and the NUFFT algorithm can invert the spectral information of interference signal quickly and accurately.
