基于技术系统进化的病理工作站适应性结构单元研究

【摘要】:适应性结构单元设计是在技术系统进化理论的指导下,结合病理工作站实际的开发、设计,根据设计的需求以及结构特点设想出来的。其中,“适应性”也体现出了一种柔性化的设计思想,是一种新型的产品手板模型阶段设计方法。在产品的手板模型设计阶段,它不仅可以实现实体模型的快速创建,而且还可以在前一个实体模型的基础上进行动态编辑,使得已有的各种结构单元得到最大程度的重用,提供了一个更加方便、快捷、高效的产品设计方法。本文以病理工作站为研究对象,技术系统进化理论为支撑,从病理工作站整体结构的创建、调整、信息提取、力学分析等方面出发,对产品手板模型的快速设计、修改进行研究。从功能和结构的角度来看,将病理工作站手板模型的整体结构进行单元模块分割,并针对模型的不同结构模块,开发出合适的单元组合。整个模型构建过程变成各单元的选择、自组织过程,并根据产品设计要求进行现场、实时调整,实现结构的动态编辑,提高了模型修改的效率,大大提高产品设计的创新能力。在适应性结构单元的自身特征方面,对每一个满足不同功能的单元进行设计并建模。其中包括结构单元建立的原则、材料的选择、尺寸的分析以及单元间的配合要求等,使得该设计方法更加完善,通用性更强。将病理工作站整体架构搭建好以后,需要对各个部分进行ANSYS静力学分析,其中包括主要单元体的分析和整体结构的分析。通过分析来得出整体的变形大小和应力大小,验证其是否能满足实际要求,以便对单元模型的结构、材料、尺寸大小等进行修改及优化。适应性结构单元设计方法的提出,使的病理工作站乃至其它类似的产品手板阶段的设计变得更加快捷、更加灵活,不仅节省了产品设计的时间,更节省了设计成本。对一款新产品的开发、设计有着重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Adaptive structural unit design is based on the development and design of pathological workstation under the guidance of technical system evolution theory. According to the design requirements and structural characteristics, the adaptive structural unit design is conceived according to the requirements of the design and the structural characteristics. Among them, adaptability also embodies a flexible design idea, which is a new stage design method of product handboard model. In the design stage of the handboard model of the product, it can not only realize the rapid creation of the solid model, but also dynamically edit it on the basis of the previous entity model, so that the existing structural units can be reused to the greatest extent, and provides a more convenient, fast and efficient product design method. In this paper, taking the pathological workstation as the research object and the theory of technical system evolution as the support, the rapid design and modification of the product handboard model are studied from the aspects of the establishment, adjustment, information extraction and mechanical analysis of the whole structure of the pathological workstation. From the point of view of function and structure, the whole structure of the hand board model of pathological workstation is divided into unit modules, and the appropriate unit combination is developed according to the different structure modules of the model. The whole model construction process becomes the selection of each unit, the self-organization process, and according to the product design requirements, the field, real-time adjustment, the dynamic editing of the structure is realized, the efficiency of model modification is improved, and the innovation ability of product design is greatly improved. In the aspect of the characteristics of adaptive structural units, each unit satisfying different functions is designed and modeled. It includes the principle of the establishment of structural units, the selection of materials, the analysis of dimensions and the requirements of coordination between elements, which makes the design method more perfect and more universal. After the whole structure of pathological workstation is built, it is necessary to carry out ANSYS statics analysis of each part, including the analysis of the main units and the analysis of the overall structure. Through the analysis, the whole deformation size and stress size are obtained, and it is verified that it can meet the actual requirements, so as to modify and optimize the structure, material and size of the element model. With the introduction of adaptive structural unit design method, the design of pathological workstation and other similar product handboard stage becomes faster and more flexible, which not only saves the time of product design, but also saves the design cost. It is of great significance to the development and design of a new product.
