【摘要】:针对分布式光纤拉曼测温系统中定标光纤和雪崩光电二极管(APD)的温控要求,设计了一套基于STM32的高精度恒温控制系统。系统采用上下位机结构,上位机负责设定温度值和显示温度数据,下位机根据上位机的设定值利用PID算法对恒温箱的温度进行控制。实验结果表明:在22℃的室温下,定标光纤温度稳定在(10±0.1)℃,APD温度稳定在(5±0.005)℃,上位机可准确反映温度的数值和变化趋势。整套恒温系统能够满足分布式光纤拉曼测温系统的温控要求。
[Abstract]:The temperature control requirements of calibrated fiber and avalanche photodiode (APD) in distributed fiber Raman temperature measurement system are discussed. A high precision constant temperature control system based on STM32 is designed. The system adopts the structure of upper and lower computer, and the upper computer is responsible for setting temperature value and displaying temperature data. The PID algorithm is used to control the temperature of the thermostat box according to the set value of the host computer. The experimental results show that the temperature of the calibrated fiber is stable at 10 卤0.1 鈩,
