【摘要】:针对大容积反应釜高温生产过程动态响应慢、非线性、时滞性、控温精度高,精确的温度控制数学模型难以建立等特点,为某精细化工企业反应釜工艺设计了基于PLC的反应釜温度控制子系统。该系统主控器采用自整定模糊参数PID控制算法,利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真进行了研究,并与传统PID控制算法进行比较。结果表明:系统超调小,响应速度快,消除了时滞对系统的影响。实践证明,改善了反应釜温度控制系统的动、静态响应性能。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of slow dynamic response, nonlinear, time-delay, high precision of temperature control and the difficulty of establishing accurate mathematical model of temperature control in the high-temperature production process of large-volume reactor, etc. The temperature control subsystem of reactor based on PLC is designed for a reaction kettle process of a fine chemical enterprise. The main controller of the system adopts self-tuning fuzzy parameter PID control algorithm. The MATLAB/Simulink simulation is used to study and compare with the traditional PID control algorithm. The results show that the system overshoot is small and the response speed is fast. The effect of time delay on the system is eliminated. It is proved that the dynamic and static response performance of the temperature control system of the reactor is improved.
