【摘要】:现有核电站水处理生产系统经过多年的发展,其生产管理系统的基础硬件和软件系统建设已基本完成,但是由于生产系统和管理系统之间缺少紧密的联系,独自实现自己不同的功能,每个水处理生产控制系统的结构一般采用PLC监控系统,由就地控制站、计算机操作站、工业交换机等组成,完成生产过程的监控和生产数据信息的采集;而管理系统(即信息化系统)在更多的时候只是一些生产管理部门的办公自动化手段,平时主要用来辅助采购生产物资、管理设备库存和一些简单的数据分析等,缺乏整个企业现代化生产管理模式。管控一体化技术则顺应社会和技术发展潮流,建立完整的数据中心、统一技术平台,成为核电站自动化和信息化“两化”融合的主要方式之一。利用计算机、网络和数据库等先进的技术,核电站各个水处理系统共同建立统一的数据库,使得企业信息化系统通过监控系统,直接与自动控制系统交换实时数据,系统从生产过程数据库中获取大量有用的数据,为企业管理者生产管理决策提供依据,提高生产效率。根据核电站水处理系统设备的运行特点,核电水处理管控一体化系统采用先进的工业以太网技术(Modbus TCP和Profi Net)把生产区域分散、不同种类的PLC控制系统构成一个完整的生产系统监控网络,其由i Fix监控软件、服务器和现场PLC控制系统组成,来完成对现场生产设备的操作、数据采集、优化控制、报警处理和报表打印等;采用Kepware OPC技术来实现核电站水处理系统的数据采集,由KEPServer EX服务器系统对整个网络中的数据信息进行采集、处理、合并、存储、计算和分析,通过OPC接口提供给网络中的监控计算机使用,为信息种类多、数据量大的生产监控系统和开放灵活、应用广泛的数字信息平台之间搭设了桥梁,把经营管理层的数据信息流通过网络传达到控制系统,更好地优化生产,确保按照生产计划正常安全运行;同时将从控制系统采集得到并经处理后的实时生产数据信息反馈上传至经营管理层和Internet,成为经营管理层和其他部门决策的数据参考。本文重点介绍了核电水处理自动控制系统的设计,包括PLC控制系统、以太网交换机、操作站及服务器配置等;KEPServer EX数据采集技术的通讯方案设计和工程应用;以及数据库OPC数据采集接口程序的系统设计、数据库设计、系统程序详细设计和程序界面设计等。核电水处理管控一体化系统能够实现监控功能、生产管理功能、经营管理功能和行政管理功能等,特别是对生产管理中的人工智能水处理专家诊断系统进行了详细的设计和应用,显示了管控一体化系统中真正“管”的意义。

To complete the monitoring of the production process and the collection of production data and information; and the management system (that is, the information system) is more often a means of office automation of some production management departments, which is mainly used to assist in the procurement of production materials. Management of equipment inventory and some simple data analysis, etc., lack of modern production management mode of the whole enterprise. Management and control integration technology conforms to the trend of social and technological development, establishes a complete data center, unifies the technology platform, It has become one of the main ways for the integration of automation and informatization in nuclear power plants. Using advanced technologies such as computers, networks and databases, all water treatment systems of nuclear power stations have jointly established a unified database. It makes the enterprise information system exchange real-time data directly with the automatic control system through the monitoring system. The system obtains a large number of useful data from the production process database, which provides the basis for the decision of the enterprise manager's production management. To improve production efficiency. According to the operation characteristics of water treatment system equipment in nuclear power plant, the integrated system of nuclear power water treatment management and control uses advanced industrial Ethernet technology Modbus TCP and Profi Netto to disperse the production area. Different kinds of PLC control system constitute a complete production system monitoring network, which is composed of I Fix monitoring software, server and field PLC control system to complete the operation, data acquisition, optimization control of field production equipment. Using Kepware OPC technology to realize the data acquisition of the nuclear power plant water treatment system, the KEPServer ex server system collects, processes, merges, stores, calculates and analyzes the data information in the whole network. Through the OPC interface, it is provided to the monitoring computer in the network to build a bridge between the production monitoring system with many kinds of information, the large amount of data, the open and flexible digital information platform, and the widely used digital information platform. Communicate the data flow of management layer to the control system through the network, optimize production better, ensure the normal and safe operation according to the production plan; At the same time, the feedback of real-time production data collected from the control system and processed by the control system is uploaded to the management level and Internet to become the data reference for the management and other departments to make decisions. This paper focuses on the introduction of nuclear power water treatment. The design of automatic control system, Including the communication scheme design and engineering application of PLC control system, Ethernet switch, operation station and server configuration, and the system design and database design of database OPC data acquisition interface program. System program design and program interface design etc. Nuclear power water treatment management and control integrated system can realize monitoring function, production management function, operation management function and administrative management function, etc. In particular, the design and application of artificial intelligence expert diagnosis system for water treatment in production management has been carried out in detail, which shows the true meaning of "pipe" in the integrated system of management and control.
