基于遥感的高精度城市不透水面信息提取方法研究

【摘要】:城市化的快速发展导致不透水表面大大增加,降低了城市的生态功能和水文调节能力。不透水面作为海绵城市建设的重要指导指标,其提取和制图对海绵城市建设的规划和分析十分重要。基于鹤壁市海绵城市建设项目的需要,选取2011年Landsat TM遥感影像,采用BP神经网络分类法,对鹤壁市淇滨区的不透水面进行了分类提取。通过对1∶1 000地形图的转换得到了地面验证数据,对不透水面的提取结果进行了验证,得到不透水面提取的总体精度为79.82%,Kappa系数为0.65。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of urbanization leads to the increase of impermeable surface, which reduces the ecological function and hydrological regulation ability of the city. Impermeable surface is an important guideline for the construction of sponge city. Its extraction and mapping are very important to the planning and analysis of sponge city construction. Based on the needs of the construction project of sponge city in Hebi City, the 2011 Landsat TM remote sensing image is selected and the BP neural network classification method is adopted. In this paper, the surface of impermeable surface in Qi Bin area of Hebi City is extracted by classification, the ground verification data are obtained by converting 1: 1 000 topographic map, and the extraction result of impermeable water surface is verified. The total precision of extracting impermeable surface is 79.82 and Kappa coefficient is 0.65.
