基于凤阳供电公司的配电自动化应用技术研究

【摘要】:配电网在电力系统中与用电侧相连具有至关重要的作用。经济的持续发展对配电网提出了更高的要求。提高供电可靠性和供电质量、扩大供电能力、实现配电网高效经济运行是社会和供电公司的共同目标。配电自动化就是实现这些目标的重要手段。配电自动化包括配电运行自动化和配电管理自动化。配电运行自动化包括配电运行监控以及配电故障的识别、隔离和非故障区域恢复等。配电运行监控是配电自动化的基础,配电网故障是影响配电网运行的重要因素。因此,研究配电网故障的特点及故障定位方案以及如何提升配电运行监控的水平具有重要的理论和实际意义。本论文从作者实际工作出发,针对凤阳供电公司配电网的实际运行情况,就配电自动化中的故障定位方法及配电运行监控方案进行了综合研究,以期为凤阳供电公司的配电自动化实际应用提供参考。首先,本论文针对接地和短路两种典型故障情况,分析了典型故障定位方法,并进行如何定位故障区段的应用研究。根据故障边界条件分析了中性点不接地的小电流系统和中性点经消弧线圈接地的小电流系统的单相接地故障特性和相间短路故障特性,推导了上述故障情况下的复合序网图,结合故障序网图分析故障的特点,并依据不同故障的特点给出故障区段定位的策略。为实际生产中配电网单相接地故障及相间短路故障的快速定位提供理论支持。其次,随着分布式电源的发展,其大规模并网指日可待。因此当配电网有分布式电源接入的情况下,如何简单易行地对故障点进行定位,也是具有一定的研究价值。本文分析了分布式电源接入配电网对故障定位的影响,根据含分布式电源分支的数目对配网结构的种类进行了划分,并针对不同类型的配网结构分别提出了故障定位的策略。最后,本文分析了当前凤阳县供电公司实际的配电网运行监控现状,针对当前配电网监测信息不足的情况,提出利用用电信息采集系统的数据完善配电网监测的解决方案。方案基于用电信息采集系统的终端、通信的复用。用电采集终端发起两个连接,一个连接指向用电信息采集系统,另一个连接指向配电自动化系统,共用通信通道。采集终端生成两个运行实例,分别响应用电、配电系统的数据召唤。该解决方案对配电自动化系统自动化数据不足提供了很好的补充,也为配电调度人员了解配电网的潮流、执行日常调度工作提供了有力的信息支撑。
[Abstract]:The distribution network plays an important role in connecting with the power side in the power system. The sustained development of economy has put forward higher requirements for the distribution network. The reliability and quality of the power supply are improved, and the power supply capacity is expanded. The realization of efficient and economical operation of distribution network is the common goal of society and power supply company. Distribution automation is an important means to achieve these goals. Distribution automation includes distribution operation automation and distribution management automation. Line automation includes monitoring of distribution operations and identification of distribution failures, Distribution operation monitoring is the basis of distribution automation, distribution network failure is an important factor affecting distribution network operation. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the characteristics of distribution network faults and the scheme of fault location and how to improve the level of distribution operation monitoring. Based on the author's practical work, this paper aims at the actual operation of the distribution network of Fengyang Power supply Company. In order to provide a reference for the practical application of distribution automation in Fengyang Power supply Company, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the fault location method in distribution automation and the monitoring scheme of distribution operation in order to provide a reference for the practical application of distribution automation in Fengyang Power supply Company. Firstly, this paper aims at two typical fault situations: grounding and short circuit. The typical fault location method is analyzed. According to the fault boundary condition, the characteristics of single-phase grounding fault and inter-phase short-circuit fault of small current system with neutral point ungrounded and small current system with neutral point grounded by arc-suppression coil are analyzed. In this paper, the complex sequence network diagram under the above fault condition is deduced, and the fault characteristics are analyzed by combining the fault sequence network graph. According to the characteristics of different faults, the strategy of fault section location is given, which provides theoretical support for the fast location of single-phase grounding fault and inter-phase short-circuit fault in distribution network. Secondly, with the development of distributed generation, Therefore, when the distribution network has distributed power access, how to easily locate the fault point, This paper analyzes the influence of distributed power supply access to distribution network on fault location, and divides the type of distribution network structure according to the number of branches of distributed power supply. Finally, this paper analyzes the actual situation of distribution network operation monitoring in Fengyang County, aiming at the current situation of insufficient information of distribution network monitoring, and puts forward the strategy of fault location for different types of distribution network structure, finally, this paper analyzes the actual situation of distribution network operation monitoring in Fengyang power supply company. This paper presents a solution to improve the distribution network monitoring by using the data of the electric information acquisition system. The scheme is based on the terminal of the power information acquisition system, the reuse of communication, and the initiation of two connections between the two terminals. One connection points to the power information acquisition system, the other to the distribution automation system, sharing the communication channel. The solution not only provides a good supplement to the shortage of data in distribution automation system, but also provides a powerful information support for distribution dispatchers to understand the power flow of distribution network and carry out daily dispatching work.
