软包装材料生产线的智能工厂实现模式及技术

【摘要】：基于软包印刷企业提高生产线自动化水平和降低用人依赖度的技术进步需求,研究以MES中控和WMS为核心的软包装智能工厂涉及的软件框架、通讯、集中监控、物料驱动流程等方面的关键技术;基于现场以太网及本地、局域网WCF接口及云端Azure ServiceBus通信,将生产设备、MES、WMS、QR、ERP及云服务进行集成,形成协同工作模式,重点对设备远程集中双显双控和物料自动管理及运送等功能及技术进行研究;针对典型的软包材料凹印和复合生产线,应用通讯、生产流程和物料流程的相关技术形成了相应的智能工厂系统;该系统通过工业网络将MES、WMS、PLC、云服务等连接起来,形成新形态的设备集中监控网络和物料供应系统,为软包装生产企业智能工厂实施提供了关键技术和典型案例。
[Abstract]:Based on the requirement of improving the automation level of production line and reducing the dependence of personnel, the software framework, communication and centralized monitoring of soft packaging intelligent factory with MES control and WMS as the core are studied. Based on the field Ethernet and local, LAN WCF interface and cloud Azure ServiceBus communication, the production equipment WCF and cloud service are integrated to form the cooperative work mode. Focusing on the equipment remote dual display dual control and automatic material management and transportation functions and technologies, aiming at the typical soft package material gravure printing and composite production line, the application of communication, The related technologies of the production process and the material flow form the corresponding intelligent factory system. The system connects the mes WMS PLC, cloud service and so on through the industrial network to form a new form of equipment centralized monitoring network and material supply system. It provides the key technology and typical case for the implementation of smart factory in soft packaging production enterprise.
