基于物联网的粮食仓库远程监测预警系统研究

【摘要】:粮食是国民生存发展的重要战略物资,也是国家经济发展赖以生存的根本保证,能够影响国计民生等问题,其存储量、存储质量、存储安全可关系到国家经济的发展以及社会的安稳,因此,做好粮食存储工作对稳定发展,进一步完善国家粮食储备体系具有重大的战略意义。虽然目前粮食储备的状况在接连不断的改善中,但其改善效果并不显著。最原始的储备方式已经占据了全国百分之八十以上的百分比,但随着微控制技术、传感技术和无线传输技术等的发展,尤其是物联网技术的广泛应用,我国在粮情监控管理方面正在逐步走向智能化、自动化管理的过程。许多国内外相关研究学者更是开发了不少的粮情监控系统,但是物联网技术在粮食监控领域的应用研究较少,许多设计与研究存在一定程度的缺陷,不能很好地与粮食仓储结合起来,如监测信息不足问题、预警不及时以及缺乏远程监测与管理问题。为了解决当前形势下粮食仓库监测与预警系统存在的监测信息不足、预警不及时以及缺乏远程监测与管理等问题,本文设计了一套基于物联网的粮食仓库远程监测预警系统,该远程监测预警系统是利用ZigBee芯片CC2530实现对粮食仓库的温湿度、以及仓库明火状况等参数的信息的采集;采用火焰监测传感器R2868作为粮库明火探测传感器,对仓库明火进行监测预警;本文还采用了STC12C5A60S2单片机为微处理器、应用对射型光电传感器作为粮仓的粮位检测元件,设计了一套粮位测量仪对粮仓的存储高度进行精准测量;系统通过GPRS技术的应用和远程监测软件的设计,实现了对粮食仓库的监测与预警目的。试验结果表明,本文设计的基于物联网的粮食仓库远程监测预警系统通信质量稳定可靠,信息在远程数据传输过程中,系统的丢包率小于5%;系统对明火的报警响应时间约为1.8s;系统可操作性强,远程监测软件基本满足设计要求,具有较高的实际应用,能够有效地实现粮食仓库的远程监测与预警功能。
[Abstract]:Grain is not only an important strategic material for the survival and development of the people, but also a fundamental guarantee for the survival of the country's economic development. It can affect issues such as the national economy and the people's livelihood, and its storage capacity and storage quality. Storage security is related to the development of national economy and the stability of society. It is of great strategic significance to further improve the national grain reserve system. Although the current situation of grain reserves is continuously improving, But its improvement effect is not remarkable. The most primitive reserve mode has already occupied more than 80% percent of the whole country, but with the development of micro-control technology, sensor technology and wireless transmission technology, especially the extensive application of Internet of things technology, China is gradually moving towards the process of intelligent and automatic management in the field of grain situation monitoring and management. Many domestic and foreign researchers have also developed many grain situation monitoring systems. However, the application of the Internet of things technology in the field of food monitoring is less, many design and research have some defects, and can not be well combined with grain storage, such as the problem of insufficient monitoring information. In order to solve the problems of insufficient monitoring information, untimely early warning and lack of remote monitoring and management in grain warehouse monitoring and early warning system under the current situation, A remote monitoring and warning system for grain warehouse based on Internet of things is designed in this paper. The remote monitoring and warning system uses ZigBee chip CC2530 to collect the temperature and humidity of grain warehouse and the condition of open fire. The flame monitoring sensor R2868 is used as the open fire detection sensor in grain depot to monitor and warn the open fire in the warehouse, and the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller is used as the microprocessor, and the optoelectronic sensor is used as the grain level detecting element. A set of grain level measuring instrument is designed to accurately measure the storage height of grain warehouse, and the system realizes the purpose of monitoring and early warning of grain warehouse through the application of GPRS technology and the design of remote monitoring software. The communication quality of the remote monitoring and warning system for grain warehouse based on the Internet of things is stable and reliable, the packet loss rate of the system is less than 5 in the process of remote data transmission, the alarm response time of the system to open fire is about 1.8 s, and the system has strong maneuverability. The remote monitoring software basically meets the design requirements and has a high practical application. It can effectively realize the remote monitoring and early warning function of grain warehouse.
