带时间窗的蓄冷式多温共配冷链配送问题研究

【摘要】:【目的】随着社会货物多样性需求的增大,多温共配不断发展,而蓄冷式MTJD又是冷链物流行业中一个新型的概念。【方法】针对蓄冷式MTJD模式下的多温度需求货物的配送调度问题,考虑时间窗约束,建立了以总配送成本最小为目标的混合整数规划模型,其中总配送成本主要包括蓄冷箱成本、车辆运输成本和惩罚成本等。针对该模型,设计了适合求解蓄冷式MTJD模型的染色体编码方式以及遗传算子,对算例进行求解。并通过利用Cplex对算例重新编写代码、求解,验证了遗传算法的有效性。【结果】蓄冷式MTJD的各个区间的温度可以根据需求自由地设置,保温性能也明显优于机械式冷冻车厢区隔式MTJD。【结论】蓄冷式MTJD在配送成本上相较于传统冷链配送模式以及机械式冷冻车厢区隔式MTJD具有明显优势,是一种值得推广的冷链物流配送模式。
[Abstract]:[objective] with the increasing demand for social goods diversity, multi-temperature co-matching continues to develop, The cold storage MTJD is a new concept in the cold chain logistics industry. [methods] considering the time window constraint for the multi-temperature goods distribution scheduling problem under the storage MTJD mode, In this paper, a mixed integer programming model with the goal of minimum total distribution cost is established, in which the total distribution cost mainly includes cold storage box cost, vehicle transportation cost and penalty cost, etc. The chromosome coding method and genetic operator are designed to solve the cold storage MTJD model, and the example is solved. The code is rewritten by using Cplex to solve the problem. The validity of genetic algorithm is verified. [results] the temperature of each interval of the cold storage MTJD can be freely set according to the demand, The thermal insulation performance is also obviously superior to the mechanical refrigerating compartment partition MTJD. [conclusion] the cold storage MTJD has obvious advantages over the traditional cold chain distribution mode and the mechanical refrigerated compartment partition MTJD in distribution cost. It is a kind of cold chain logistics distribution mode that is worth popularizing.
