【摘要】:目前市场上常见的油水混合物的水含量检测仪因仪器体积、精度以及实时测量等指标已逐渐不能满足人们的日常生活需要,本论文基于电场边缘效应和PCB技术对电容检测探头进行设计并制作出油水混合物的水含量检测系统。水含量检测系统由所设计的环形检测电容探头、后续的探头电容检测电路、嵌入式处理器、RS485通信模块等组成。测量油水混合物的水含量时,由于水在油中的溶解度很小,导致油水混合物会出现分层现象,将检测电容探头放置于待检测的油水混合物的底部,油水混合物的介电常数发生变化,故探头检测到的电容也会发生变化。探头通过有限元分析软件COMSOL进行仿真优化设计并通过PCB技术实现,探头电容检测电路采用双通道的28位转换精度的电容检测芯片FDC2212,系统的主控芯片采用基于ARM-M4内核的STM32F407ZGT6嵌入式处理器,并运行μCOS-Ⅲ实时嵌入式多任务操作系统;RS485通信模块可扩展与其他手持设备通信。最终实验测试结果表明,当油水混合物的水含量在0%-80%范围内,本系统检测误差小于3%,灵敏度可达到3pF/%,并提升了水含量检测仪的测量精度。
[Abstract]:At present, the water content detector of oil-water mixture which is common in the market has been unable to meet the needs of people's daily life because of the volume, precision and real-time measurement of the instrument. Based on the edge effect of electric field and PCB technology, this paper designs the capacitance detection probe and makes the water content detection system of oil-water mixture. The water content detection system consists of the designed ring detection capacitance probe and the subsequent capacitance detection circuit of the probe. The embedded processor RS485 communication module and so on. When measuring the water content of oil-water mixture, because the solubility of water in oil is very small, the oil-water mixture will appear stratification phenomenon. When the detection capacitance probe is placed at the bottom of the oil-water mixture to be detected, the dielectric constant of the oil-water mixture changes. Therefore, the capacitance detected by the probe will also change. The probe is simulated and optimized by the finite element analysis software COMSOL and realized by PCB technology. The probe capacitance detection circuit uses the two-channel 28-bit conversion precision capacitance detection chip FDC2212, and the main control chip of the system adopts the STM32F407ZGT6 embedded processor based on the ARM-M4 core.
