高层数控裁床支撑梁多目标集成优化技术

【摘要】:为降低高层数控裁床的支撑梁质量和运动惯量,提高其结构刚度,提出一种多种工程分析手段为一体的集成式优化设计方法,即结构建模、系统仿真、面向应模型与多目标优化相结合的优化策略。利用正交试验对支撑梁做面响应分析,从而获取近似模型。进一步采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行多目标寻优搜索生成Pareto最优解集。计算结果表明,该方法不但可以有效地寻找到在支撑梁质量和结构刚度上都有很大改善的方案,并且对提高布料裁床动态性能、降低能耗也具有很好的工程应用价值。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the mass and motion inertia of the support beam and improve the stiffness of the support beam, an integrated optimization design method, I. e., structural modeling, system simulation, is proposed. An optimization strategy based on the combination of the response model and multi-objective optimization is proposed. The orthogonal test is used to analyze the plane response of the braced beam.
