仓储货位优化及货物信息监控系统的研究

【摘要】:自动化立体仓库具有货物存储、存取以及配送等功能,是自动化物流系统的重要组成部分,作为一个高度自动化的综合系统,其在工业生产的各个领域得到了广泛应用。而仓储货位优化分配及货物信息监控作为直接影响仓储系统运行效率和安全性的两大因素,对其进行深入研究有着重要的意义。本文以我校自动化物流系统中的自动化立体仓库为研究对象,基于该实验平台对入库货物货位优化分配和货物信息监控问题进行研究,提出一种遗传禁忌搜索算法来解决仓储作业中入库货物货位优化分配问题,设计一套基于RFID技术的货物信息监控系统来解决货物信息监控问题。主要研究内容包括:首先,在对自动化立体仓库实验平台分析的基础上,挖掘出货位优化分配和货物信息监控系统设计两个研究点,并根据其功能要求,给出总体设计方案。其次,通过对货位优化分配规则的分析,建立多目标的货位优化分配模型。该模型以提高仓储作业效率为主要目标,以保证货架稳定性为辅助目标。接着,为了获得一套较好的货位分配方案,通过对遗传算法和禁忌搜索算法的分析,扬长避短,融合优化,提出一种基于遗传禁忌搜索的货位优化分配算法。利用该算法对所建模型进行求解,并使用案例分析来对优化结果进行验证。最后,针对自动化立体仓库实验平台中采用手动记录货物信息存在效率低和易出错等问题,本文通过设计一套基于RFID技术的货物信息监控系统,来实现对入库货物信息的采集、出库货物信息的采集、在库货物信息的盘存以及货位的查询。在设计中利用Visual C++结合access软件,采用分层架构思路分别对数据采集层、网络通信层、数据存储层和系统应用层进行开发,并给仓库操作人员提供人机友好的可视化操作界面。运行结果表明系统已达到设计要求,与手动记录货物信息方式相比,效率更高。
[Abstract]:As a highly automated integrated system, automated warehouse has been widely used in various fields of industrial production because it has the functions of goods storage, storage and distribution, and is an important part of automated logistics system.As two major factors which directly affect the efficiency and safety of storage system, the optimal allocation of storage space and the monitoring of cargo information are of great significance.In this paper, the automatic warehouse in the automation logistics system of our school is taken as the research object. Based on the experimental platform, the optimal allocation of cargo location and the monitoring of cargo information are studied.A genetic Tabu search algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of optimal allocation of cargo spaces in warehousing operations. A set of cargo information monitoring system based on RFID technology is designed to solve the problem of cargo information monitoring.The main research contents are as follows: firstly, on the basis of the analysis of the experimental platform of the automated warehouse, two research points, the optimal distribution of the cargo location and the design of the cargo information monitoring system, are excavated, and the overall design scheme is given according to its functional requirements.Secondly, a multi-objective optimal allocation model is established by analyzing the optimal allocation rules.The main goal of the model is to improve the efficiency of storage operation, and the auxiliary goal is to ensure shelf stability.Then, in order to obtain a better allocation scheme, through the analysis of genetic algorithm and Tabu search algorithm, this paper proposes an optimal allocation algorithm based on genetic Tabu search.The algorithm is used to solve the model, and case analysis is used to verify the optimization results.Finally, aiming at the problems of low efficiency and error-prone in using manual recording of cargo information in the experimental platform of automated three-dimensional warehouse, this paper designs a set of goods information monitoring system based on RFID technology to realize the collection of goods information in warehouse.The collection of cargo information, inventory of cargo information in warehouse and query of cargo location.In the design, Visual C and access software are used to develop data acquisition layer, network communication layer, data storage layer and system application layer respectively, and to provide man-machine friendly visual operation interface for warehouse operators.The operation results show that the system has met the design requirements and is more efficient than manual recording of cargo information.
