基于STM32和LABVIEW的多通道DNA合成仪控制系统的设计

【摘要】:将合成DNA的固相亚磷酸酰胺法与自动控制技术相结合,设计了一款基于STM32的96通道寡核苷酸长链的合成仪.该DNA合成仪以STM32F103ZET6微控制器为主控芯片,接收、处理上位机发送的指令,并控制外围的执行单元.人机交互界面采用LabVIEW开发,具有合成序列多通道输入、工作状态监控、与主控系统实时通信等功能.该DNA合成仪控制系统可同时实现96个独立通道的寡核苷酸长链的合成,具有合成效率高、操作界面友好、操作方便等优点,完全满足中小型实验室及社区医院的碱基合成需求.
[Abstract]:A long chain synthesizer of 96 channel oligonucleotide based on STM32 was designed by combining solid phase phosphite method with automatic control technology.The DNA synthesizer takes the STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller as the main control chip, receives, processes the instructions sent by the upper computer, and controls the peripheral execution unit.The man-machine interface is developed with LabVIEW. It has the functions of multi-channel input of synthetic sequence, monitoring of working status and real-time communication with the main control system.The control system of DNA synthesizer can realize the synthesis of 96 independent channel oligonucleotide long chains at the same time. It has the advantages of high synthesis efficiency, friendly operation interface and convenient operation. It can fully meet the needs of base synthesis in small and medium-sized laboratories and community hospitals.
