光敏传感器基本特性与应用教学研究

【摘要】:"光敏电阻特性研究"实验是大学物理实验教学中常见的实验项目,在该实验基础上配备相应实验设备、电子元器件,开设综合设计性实验项目"光敏传感器基本特性与应用"。该设计性实验在内容安排上既有传统的电路组装、简单的测量应用,又引进前沿科技——传感器的概念,其物理概念涉及光学、电学、热学,半导体等知识,内容丰富、难易程度明显,适合低年级不同层次、不同专业的学生。
[Abstract]:The research of photosensitive resistance characteristics is a common experiment item in college physics experiment teaching. On the basis of this experiment, it is equipped with corresponding experimental equipment and electronic components, and a comprehensive design experiment project, "basic characteristics and Application of Guang Min Sensor", is set up. This design experiment not only has traditional circuit assembly, simple measurement application, but also introduces the concept of cutting-edge science-sensor in content arrangement. Its physical concepts are rich in knowledge such as optics, electricity, heat science, semiconductor, etc. The degree of difficulty is obvious, suitable for students of different grades and different majors.
