基于PLC控制的柔性生产线中自动分拣系统的研究

【摘要】:柔性自动化生产技术简称柔性制造技术,它以工艺设计为先导,以数控技术为核心,是自动化地完成企业多品种、多批量的加工、制造、装配、检测、分拣等过程的先进生产技术。柔性自动化生产技术的高效性、灵活性和缩短投产准备时间等特性使其成为实施灵捷制造、并行工程、精益生产和智能制造等先进制造系统的基础。柔性自动化生产技术是当前机械制造业适应市场动态需求及产品不断迅速更新的主要手段,是先进制造技术的基础技术。本文以湖州骄阳自动化设备有限公司设计生产自动化生产线为基础,以柔性自动化生产线技术为载体,设计一套基于PLC控制的、自动化生产不同颜色和材质(金属与非金属)物件的柔性控制自动分拣系统。研究对象包括现场控制中的检测单元和分拣单元,能够输送加工的物件,分拣出不同材质与颜色的物件并进行分类,可以实现各单元的独立和联机运行。系统采用了可编程控制器(PLC)技术、传感检测技术(包括电感传感器、电容传感器、色彩传感器等)、输出执行机构(包括气缸、电磁阀、指示灯等)、输送系统(直流减速电机)、网络联机控制系统和人机界面等相关技术,最后实现对自动分拣系统的整个过程控制与过程监控:(1)研究了自动分拣系统的整体设计方法与思路。(2)采用PLC作为自动分拣系统核心控制器件。控制系统是柔性自动化生产线的核心部分,为达到控制要求,本设计以PLC作为控制核心,自动分拣控制过程由PLC编写的程序实现。(3)研究了WinCC组态软件中数据的存储和归档,WEB浏览器功能,报警记录与常,实时观测动态工作画面,以PLC及上位机通讯等。(4)为实现网络联机功能,系统采用PROFIBUS-DP网络通讯,上位机S7-300作为主站,两台S7-200为从站,实现上位机与下位机的实时通讯联机。
[Abstract]:Flexible automatic production technology is referred to as flexible manufacturing technology. It takes process planning as the guide and numerical control technology as the core. It automates the process, manufacture, assembly and inspection of various kinds and batches of enterprises. Advanced production technology for sorting and other processes. Because of its high efficiency, flexibility and short production preparation time, flexible automatic production technology has become the basis of advanced manufacturing systems such as agile manufacturing, concurrent engineering, lean production and intelligent manufacturing. Flexible automatic production technology is the main means for the machinery manufacturing industry to adapt to the dynamic demand of the market and the rapid updating of the products. It is also the basic technology of the advanced manufacturing technology. Based on the design of production automation production line of Huzhou Sunshine Automation equipment Co., Ltd., and flexible automation production line technology as carrier, this paper designs a set of production automation production line based on PLC control. Automatic production of different colors and materials (metal and non-metal) objects flexible control automatic sorting system. The research object includes the detection unit and sorting unit in the field control, which can transport the processed objects, sort out and classify the different materials and colors, and realize the independent and on-line operation of each unit. The system adopts PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technology, sensor detection technology (including inductance sensor, capacitance sensor, color sensor, etc.), output actuator (including cylinder, solenoid valve, etc.) Related technologies such as indicator lamp, transmission system (DC deceleration motor, network on-line control system, man-machine interface, etc.) Finally, the whole process control and process monitoring of automatic sorting system is realized. (1) the whole design method and train of thought of automatic sorting system are studied. (2) PLC is adopted as the core controller of automatic sorting system. The control system is the core part of the flexible automation production line. In order to meet the control requirements, the design takes PLC as the control core. The automatic sorting control process is realized by a program written by PLC. The functions of data storage and archiving in WinCC configuration software are studied. The functions of alarm recording and recording, and real-time observation of dynamic working picture are studied. The system uses PROFIBUS-DP network communication, upper computer S7-300 as master station and two S7-200 slave stations to realize real-time communication between upper computer and lower computer.
