偏振正交双频DBR腐蚀声发射传感器研究
[Abstract]:In order to realize the on-line monitoring of metal corrosion based on optical fiber sensor, the distributed Bragg reflection (DBR) fiber laser is used as the method of corrosion acoustic emission sensor, aiming at the on-line monitoring of metal Q235 corrosion acoustic emission. By studying the working mechanism and model of polarized orthogonal DBR fiber laser, the influence of resonator parameters of polarization orthogonal dual frequency DBR laser on the performance of acoustic emission sensor is analyzed. The acoustic emission detection experiment based on polarization orthogonal dual-frequency DBR laser is carried out. The optimized design of polarization orthogonal DBR fiber laser is realized. The characteristic quantity of Q235 carbon steel corrosion stage is proposed. The results show that the polarization orthogonal DBR fiber laser can not only detect the corrosion sound signal of metal, but also can detect the metal corrosion in the frequency band range of 0 MHz ~ 1 MHz, and can also characterize the three main corrosion stages of metal corrosion by the change of the average beat frequency. This study provides a theoretical and technical basis for the optimal design and fabrication of polarization orthogonal DBR corrosion acoustic emission sensors and netting, and is of great significance for the on-line corrosion monitoring of metal corrosion, especially for nuclear grade critical materials.
