基于ROS的智能工业机器人系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:At present, the demand of industrial robots for intelligent functions such as machine vision, autonomous path planning and so on is increasing day by day. However, it is necessary to modify a large number of source code when adding intelligent function modules to the traditional industrial robot system, thus wasting manpower and cost. Ros (Robot operating system), as a new open source platform, has the characteristics of modularization and low coupling. To a large extent, it can solve the problems of ease of use, development efficiency, cross-platform, multi-programming language, distributed deployment, code reuse and so on. This paper presents an intelligent industrial robot system development platform based on Ros, which can solve the problem of adding intelligent module to industrial robot. This platform is divided into server and robot. The robot is used as the primary node to communicate with the PC server which installs Ros. The first level node of robot is composed of two-level function node and function module. The JPB06 six-degree-of-freedom industrial robot system based on this platform has intelligent functions such as machine vision, autonomous positioning, voice control and so on. It can meet the demand of industrial robot for intelligent and real-time control. The thesis mainly completes the following contents: 1: 1. The advantages and disadvantages of the traditional industrial robot system development platform, the robot development platform based on Ros and the development platform proposed in this paper are analyzed in detail. The hardware design and software system design of six-joint series robot JPB06 are carried out, and the intelligent functions of JPB06 robot system, such as image processing function, collision detection function, etc. The experiments of collision detection and speech recognition are carried out with JPB06 industrial robot system, and the feasibility of the proposed platform is verified by the experimental results. The intelligent industrial robot development platform based on Ros can provide convenience for the development of intelligent industrial robot system and lay a foundation for the intelligent upgrading of industrial robot system in the future.
