基于R8m七机七流弧形方坯连铸设备的远程监控系统的研究及应用

【摘要】:远程监控是指借助计算机网络、通讯和控制等技术实现对远程端生产设备监测和控制的技术。在工业控制领域,充分利用远程监控系统可以实现对本地端设备的数据实时查看和设备运行控制,达到提高设备管理效率、降低生产成本的目的。连铸设备远程监控系统可以提高公司对连铸设备运行状态信息反馈的能力,加强对连铸设备有效控制的运行机制,对实现设备研发优化和实现大范围的数据资源共享意义重大。利用本论文依托我校与上海亚新连铸技术工程有限公司合作项目的子课题研究,开发设计一套针对连铸设备运行状态远程控制系统,实现公司总部对子公司R8m七机七流弧形方坯连铸设备的远程监控。本文在对连铸设备远程监控系统发展现状、技术要求和公司现实条件等分析总结的基础上,通过对八套方案的分析与比较,采用了借助GRM202G-C型号智能控制器,直接对PLC数据采集的技术方案,设计出本项目连铸设备远程监控方案。通过智能控制器与连铸设备的八个S7-300 PLC经RS485串口连接,对本地数据进行采集并借助4G GPRS网络实现数据的远程无线传输,突破了本地工控机无网络连接的局限。远程端借助Web网页、WINCC软件等访问服务器,实现对R8m七机七流弧形方坯连铸设备的远程监控。本监控系统技术先进,监控方式灵活,系统搭建简单易操作,较传统的B/S和C/S监控架构优势明显。通过对系统分别在校园网络和公司网络条件下使用WINCC软件监控交通信号灯设备测试可知,在校园网络下,系统启动/停止响应时间在0.13s-0.19s范围浮动:在公司网络下,系统启动/停止响应时间处于0.23~0.29范围内浮动,均满足系统响应时间0.5s要求。另外,系统数据监控准确率可达100%,满足系统对设备远程监控的准确性要求。本系统监控实时性、准确性、安全性等性能良好,对于监控R8m七机七流弧形方坯连铸设备或其他型号连铸设备、改善远程监控系统的性能有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Remote monitoring refers to the technology of monitoring and controlling remote production equipment by means of computer network, communication and control. In the field of industrial control, the remote monitoring system can be used to realize the real-time data viewing and equipment operation control of the local equipment, so as to improve the efficiency of equipment management and reduce the production cost. The remote monitoring and control system of continuous casting equipment can improve the ability of feedback information on the operation state of continuous casting equipment and strengthen the operation mechanism of effective control of continuous casting equipment. It is of great significance to realize the optimization of equipment research and development and realize the sharing of data resources in a wide range. In this paper, a remote control system for the running state of continuous casting equipment is developed and designed on the basis of the sub-research of the cooperative project between our school and Shanghai Yaxin continuous casting Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. To realize the remote monitoring of the subsidiary R8m 7 machine and seven flow arc billet continuous casting equipment by the company's headquarter. Based on the analysis and summary of the status quo, technical requirements and the company's actual conditions of the remote monitoring system for continuous casting equipment, this paper, through the analysis and comparison of eight sets of schemes, adopts the GRM20G-C model intelligent controller. The remote monitoring scheme of continuous casting equipment is designed for PLC data acquisition directly. Through the connection between the intelligent controller and the eight S7-300 PLC of continuous casting equipment through RS485 serial port, the local data is collected and the remote wireless transmission is realized with the help of 4G GPRS network, which breaks through the limitation that the local industrial control computer has no network connection. With the help of Web pages and WINCC software, the remote terminal can realize the remote monitoring of the R8m 7 machine and seven flow arc billet continuous casting equipment. The monitoring system is advanced in technology, flexible in monitoring mode, simple and easy to operate, and has obvious advantages over the traditional B / S and C / S monitoring architecture. By using WinCC software to monitor traffic light equipment under the condition of campus network and company network respectively, it can be seen that under campus network, the system start / stop response time fluctuates in the 0.13s-0.19s range: under the company network, the system starts / stops response time fluctuates in the range of 0.13s-0.19s: under the company network, The start / stop response time of the system fluctuates in the range of 0.23 ~ 0.29, which meets the requirement of 0.5 s system response time. In addition, the system data monitoring accuracy can reach 100, meet the system remote monitoring equipment accuracy requirements. This system has good performance such as real time, accuracy and security.
