基于物联网综合布线机器人的研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of wireless communication technology, the research results of swarm robot technology are also advancing by leaps and bounds. The organic fusion between the two has aroused the widespread concern of relevant scholars, and the function of swarm robot is reflected in all aspects of life. Most of them are used in the environment where the conditions are more complex and the changes are more frequent. For example, in the space where human is difficult to move under water, the work efficiency can be improved by using underwater vehicle instead of human being to carry out work or rescue. However, in the process of combining these two technologies, there are many difficult problems. For example, there are many problems in the coordination of the two technical processes, and in the communication process, the routing is very complicated and so on. Therefore, we propose an integrated cabling robot using the Internet of things technology to realize the organic combination of the two, so as to complete the task of integrated routing which can not be completed manually. The integrated cabling robot can lay multiple cables, no matter how long the construction site is, only two staff members can be arranged at both ends of the construction site, and no staff members need to climb up and down to complete the wiring task. To a certain extent, the personal safety of staff is guaranteed, and the efficiency of work is improved, which has the effect of killing two birds with one stone. The application of this technology not only completes the laying of cable which can not be reached or not easily applied by the staff, but also solves the problem that the staff can not complete the wiring task under the bad environment. In this paper, an integrated routing method based on the combination of Internet of things and robot technology is proposed. It is that the wiring is neat, does not cross, does not overlap, is suitable for tightness, conforms to the routing standards and specifications, and through the introduction of the Internet of things technology, The early construction of integrated cabling and the integrated management of assets and security in the later period are formed into a whole, unified planning and unified construction, thus extending the scope of traditional integrated management of assets and security.
