基于LED光衰补偿的节能型路灯控制系统研究

【摘要】:路灯是重要的市政道路照明设备之一,能够保障城市道路通行畅通,提高通行和运输效率,对提升都市生活档次和环境氛围等领域都起着至关重要的作用。但是路灯在给人们提供便捷与高效的同时也在大量的消耗着电能。由于规模效应对于路灯这么庞大的用电设备来说即使是一个小单元的改进也可以带来很大的好处,对路灯照明有效监控和管理可以带来显著的节能效果,传统的路灯控制设计,并没有针对光源特性进行节能控制研究,在光源控制环节上造成了不必要的电能消耗和浪费。结合当前节能光源和信息网络的发展趋势,研究路灯光源控制环节上的节能显的势在必行。首先,对LED特性机理进行分析研究,针对LED的光学特性、电学特性、热学特性及这些特性的参数进行分析和介绍,从而研究LED光衰失效模型,较详细的分析了各种光衰失效模式对LED作用的情况,通过理论研究找出影响LED光衰因素如温度、湿度、电压、电流等,通过人工神经网络ANN的方法来建立数学建模,详细解读了LED光衰失效模型。其次,根据对LED特性机理和失效模型,筛选出适合本课题研究的对象控制模型,并在此基础上做出相应的扩展和改变,以光衰静态补偿控制模式为基础,引出光衰动态补偿控制模式。分别对这两种控制模式进行了控制方法描述、控制过程设计和控制特点总结。证明了光衰静态补偿和光衰动态补偿是缺一不可又相互补充的关系。最后,根据对光衰静态补偿和光衰动态补偿的控制策略,设计出一套能对LED光衰补偿的路灯控制系统,完成了LED电源驱动器、调光控制电路、光衰补偿控制模块的设计,引入了Zig Bee无线组网控制技术的协议、联网等核心技术,将无线控制功能嵌入路灯节能系统,实现了对路灯节能系统的无线控制。为了实现LED节能的需求,对LED光衰特性进行了研究,采用了光衰动态补偿和静态补偿的方法,取得了根据光源特性设计节能控制系统的成果,证明了光衰补偿动态控制系统节能效果显著的结论。
[Abstract]:Street lamp is one of the important municipal road lighting equipment, which can ensure the smooth passage of urban roads, improve the efficiency of traffic and transportation, and play a vital role in improving the living standards and environmental atmosphere of the city. But street lamps provide people with convenience and efficiency, but also consume a lot of electricity. Because the scale effect can bring great benefits even to the improvement of a small unit, the effective monitoring and management of street lamp lighting can bring significant energy-saving effect, traditional street lamp control design, There is no energy saving control research on the characteristics of light source, which results in unnecessary energy consumption and waste in light source control. According to the development trend of energy saving light source and information network, it is imperative to study the energy saving in the control link of street lamp light source. Firstly, the characteristic mechanism of LED is analyzed and studied, and the optical, electrical, thermal and parameters of LED are analyzed and introduced, so as to study the failure model of LED. The effects of various light failure modes on LED are analyzed in detail. Through theoretical research, the factors affecting LED light decay such as temperature, humidity, voltage, current and so on are found out. The mathematical model is established by the method of artificial neural network (ANN). The failure model of LED is explained in detail. Secondly, according to the characteristic mechanism and failure model of LED, the object control model suitable for this research is selected, and the corresponding expansion and change are made based on the static compensation control mode of light decay. The control mode of dynamic compensation for light decay is introduced. The control methods, the design of the control process and the characteristics of the two control modes are described. It is proved that both static compensation and dynamic compensation are indispensable and complementary. Finally, according to the control strategy of static compensation and dynamic compensation, a street lamp control system is designed, which can compensate for LED light decline. The design of LED power driver, dimming control circuit and optical attenuation compensation control module is completed. This paper introduces the protocol of Zig Bee wireless network control technology, network technology and other core technologies. The wireless control function is embedded in the street lamp energy saving system, and the wireless control of the street lamp energy saving system is realized. In order to realize the demand of energy saving of LED, the characteristics of light decay of LED are studied. The methods of dynamic compensation and static compensation of LED are adopted, and the results of energy saving control system are obtained according to the characteristics of light source. It is proved that the energy saving effect of dynamic control system for light decay compensation is remarkable.
