微结构光纤表面等离子激元共振传感器的研究

【摘要】:基于光纤结构的表面等离子激元共振(surface plasmon resonance,SPR)传感技术是近年来光纤传感领域的研究热点.论述了SPR传感器的工作原理、调制方式和光纤SPR传感器的理论,介绍了本课题组在该领域的研究进展,包括利用光纤和毛细管SPR传感器、图像式光纤SPR传感器、多通道光纤阵列SPR传感器、自补偿SPR传感器、智能手机SPR传感器及啁啾倾斜光纤光栅SPR传感器等,总结了基于光纤微结构的SPR传感器的研究现状,分析了需要解决的问题,并对未来的发展趋势.
[Abstract]:Surface plasmon resonance (surface plasmon) sensing technology based on fiber structure has been a hot topic in the field of optical fiber sensing in recent years. The working principle, modulation mode and the theory of optical fiber SPR sensor are discussed in this paper. The research progress in this field is introduced, including the use of optical fiber and capillary SPR sensor, image optical fiber SPR sensor. Multi-channel fiber array SPR sensor, self-compensating SPR sensor, smart phone SPR sensor and chirped tilted fiber grating SPR sensor are introduced. The research status of SPR sensor based on fiber micro-structure is summarized, and the problems that need to be solved are analyzed. And the future development trend.
