非本征光纤法布里-珀罗干涉传感器的温度特性

【摘要】:介绍了非本征光纤法布里-珀罗干涉传感器的结构及制作方法。通过Matlab仿真研究不同腔长及反射率对非本征光纤法布里-珀罗干涉传感器干涉谱的影响,建立了非本征光纤法布里-珀罗干涉传感器的温度传感模型。对不同腔长及不同反射率的非本征光纤法布里-珀罗干涉传感器进行温度对比实验。结果表明,短腔的非本征光纤法布里-珀罗干涉传感器的温度灵敏度高;镀钯金膜的非本征光纤法布里-珀罗干涉传感器可较好地避免温度对其干涉谱的影响,具有温度补偿的作用。
[Abstract]:The structure and fabrication method of extrinsic fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer are introduced. The influence of different cavity length and reflectivity on the interference spectrum of the extrinsic fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer is studied by Matlab simulation. The temperature sensing model of the extrinsic fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer is established. The temperature comparison experiment of the extrinsic fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer with different cavity length and different reflectivity was carried out. The results show that the temperature sensitivity of the external fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer with short cavity is high, and that the palladium plated fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer can avoid the influence of temperature on the interference spectrum. It has the function of temperature compensation.
