基于遗传优化算法的结构模型刚度修正技术

【摘要】:针对复合材料真实结构与有限元理论模型刚度偏差较大的问题,提出了基于遗传优化算法进行模型刚度修正的方法。以某复合材料弹翼为例,采用遗传算法对模型铺层角度和铺层厚度进行优化,使模型弯曲刚度和扭转刚度精度分别提升9.5%和8.4%,模型精度达到工程分析要求,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the stiffness deviation between the real composite structure and the finite element model is large, a method of model stiffness modification based on genetic optimization algorithm is proposed. Taking a composite missile wing as an example, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the lamination angle and thickness of the model. The bending stiffness and torsional stiffness accuracy of the model are improved by 9.5% and 8.4% respectively, and the model precision meets the requirements of engineering analysis. The validity and practicability of the method are verified.
