河流流域水情信息管理与预警系统的研究与实现
[Abstract]:With the development of information age, how to ensure the real-time of river basin hydrological information, efficient management and real-time information of dangerous water regime, accurate early warning has become an important research problem in the supervision of hydrological information. There are many problems in traditional hydrologic information, such as large demand for staff, complicated management content, non-standard management standard, single warning threshold, inaccurate and real-time warning, and no reliable decision basis when leaders make plans. In order to solve the above problems, a set of river basin hydrological information management and early warning system is designed in this paper. Based on the theory of management information system and software design pattern, the design and implementation of river basin water regime information management and early warning system are described in this paper. First of all, the domestic and foreign current situation of related technology and system development is studied. According to the actual needs of the users of the system, the lightweight data exchange format (JSON) of general packet radio service technology (GPRS,) and the automatic computer-aided design software (AutoCAD) are applied to the system development. Secondly, the business requirements of the system are analyzed in detail, and the system is divided into two subsystems: watershed water regime information management and watershed water regime warning. The watershed information management subsystem adopts the C / S design pattern, which mainly includes water regime information acquisition, water regime information management, user management, system management and watershed files, record management, decision basis generation, etc. By studying the communication mechanism of GPRS and analyzing the time ductility to determine the communication mode of the system, the functions of gathering early warning information, setting threshold, short message warning and so on are completed; the static model of each module in each subsystem is designed by class diagram, and the static model of each module is designed by timing diagram. The dynamic model of each module is designed by collaboration diagram and flow chart. Then, according to the deficiency of real-time and accuracy in the current early warning system, the detailed parameter description of short message early warning in early warning subsystem, the design of early warning content format, and the discussion of single node early warning and batch node early warning are given. Finally, the realization of the system is discussed. The system has been applied to practical projects. The test results show that the system can quickly and efficiently make the solution of dangerous water regime, and it can be implemented based on each module. The application of key technologies generates a detailed and reliable decision-making report to the staff of the Water Conservancy Bureau.
