基于社会信息物理系统的智慧制造资源组织模式
[Abstract]:The application of social information physical system (Social Cyber-Physical System,SCPS) in manufacturing process connects the manufacturing resources of different levels of enterprises and realizes the use of resources on demand and the effective utilization of socialized manufacturing resources, which constitutes a new type of intelligent manufacturing organization model. In order to realize the effective organization and management of multi-granularity socialized manufacturing resources under dynamic SCPS environment, on the basis of analyzing the structure of intelligent manufacturing system and the characteristics of manufacturing resources, the framework of intelligent manufacturing resources organization mode is constructed, from the object to the main body. The organization form, organization process and organization platform are elaborated in detail. Finally, the main application challenges and future research directions of intelligent manufacturing organization model are discussed.
