基于KUKA机器人的电热水器内胆摘取系统的设计与研究

【摘要】:针对某电热水器生产车间自动化程度偏低以及工厂提出的自动化生产的需求,结合工业机器人以及工作劳动强度大的特点,提出了应用机器人来摘取内胆的自动化方案,并设计了基于KUKA机器人的电热水器内胆摘取的自动化系统。该系统应用PLC作为主控系统来控制机器人、悬挂链和生产线,并协调设备间的动作使之有序进行。该自动化系统已经在某电热水器生产车间运行。用机器人代替人工作业,提高了车间的生产效率,减少了用工成本,促进了工厂的自动化建设,达到了系统设计的预期目标。
[Abstract]:In view of the low degree of automation in the workshop of an electric water heater and the demands of the factory for automatic production, combined with the characteristics of the industrial robot and the heavy labor intensity, the automatic scheme of using the robot to pick up the inner bile is put forward. The automatic system of removing the tank of electric water heater based on KUKA robot is designed. The system uses PLC as the main control system to control the robot, suspension chain and production line, and coordinate the action between the devices to make it proceed in an orderly manner. The automation system has been in operation in an electric water heater production workshop. The use of robots instead of manual work improves the production efficiency of the workshop, reduces the cost of employment, promotes the automation construction of the factory, and achieves the expected goal of the system design.
