基于隧道磁电阻效应的微磁物理场探测新体制

【摘要】:为提高导航、制导与引信等系统的探测灵敏度、抗干扰性和微小型化,提出了一种基于隧道磁电阻(TMR)效应的微磁物理场探测新体制。讨论了导航、制导及引信等系统实现基于TMR的微磁物理场探测需解决的几个关键技术。分别就TMR磁探测基本技术理论、三维TMR磁探测器的高灵敏度实现技术及其电路的设计、目标探测与识别等问题进行了分析和阐述,并给出了其基本技术途径。最后对该体制的应用前景进行了展望。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the detection sensitivity, anti-jamming and miniaturization of navigation, guidance and fuze systems, a new system based on tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) effect is proposed for micromagnetic physical field detection. In this paper, some key techniques to realize the detection of micromagnetic physical field based on TMR are discussed in the system of navigation, guidance and fuze. The basic technical theory of TMR magnetic detection, the high sensitivity realization technology of 3D TMR magnetic detector and its circuit design, target detection and recognition are analyzed and expounded respectively, and the basic technical approaches are given. Finally, the application prospect of the system is prospected.
