神华胜利发电厂磨煤机选型及其控制系统研究
[Abstract]:China is a big coal country. With the development of automation technology and electric power technology, the efficient utilization of resources and equipment selection have become an important issue for scientific researchers in power plants. The coal mill is also the core auxiliary in the pulverizing system, and the structure, output and adaptability of various coal mills are different, so it is very necessary to study the selection of the coal pulverizer. In this paper, the selection of coal mill and its control system of Shenhua Shengli Power Plant are studied, and the methods of temperature improvement and output improvement are obtained by theoretical method and simulation experiment. In order to solve the problem of selecting type of coal mill and verifying the stability of the selected system, this paper compares the working principle, specification parameter, motion characteristic, performance parameter calculation and structure characteristic of HP and MPS type coal mill, and combines with the outlet. The inlet temperature and coal quantity are simulated to verify the safest and most stable coal mill, and the suggestions and methods to improve the performance are given. By analyzing the characteristics of coal and pulverized coal system, the type selection of coal mill and the selection of external equipment are determined. The method of data resource comparison is used to solve the problem of efficient utilization of local coal species. After the selection of pulverizing system and coal mill is determined in this paper, a set of system control scheme based on PLC is put forward theoretically, and the design of PLC hardware and software system of MPS-HP- type II coal mill control system is determined. On the basis of this, the PID control parameter setting of coal mill based on engineering parameter setting is discussed, and good control effect is achieved.
