基于PLC的TEC高精度温度控制系统设计

【摘要】:针对半导体制冷片升降温速度快并且可逆的特点,设计一种基于半导体制冷片(TEC)为控温元件,以FX3U-48MT可编程控制器(PLC)为核心的控制单元,采用数字递推增量式PID控制算法来对TEC进行升降温的一套高精度温度控制系统,其上位机采用组态王King View7.5进行监控与记录。系统测试结果表明:该系统具有温度控制精确度高、升降温速度快、误差小、可靠性高的特点,可以实现0℃~80℃之间的升降温功能,且精度可达0.5℃以内,在实际应用中可以满足一般温控控制系统使用要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the fast and reversible cooling speed of semiconductor cooler, a kind of control unit based on semiconductor cooler (TEC) as temperature control element and FX3U-48MT programmable controller (PLC) as core is designed. The digital recursive incremental PID control algorithm is used to control the temperature of TEC with high precision. The host computer uses Kingview King View7.5 to monitor and record the temperature. The system test results show that the system has the characteristics of high precision of temperature control, high speed of rising and cooling, small error and high reliability.
