配电网智能化评价指标体系研究

【摘要】:对配电网的智能化水平进行评价,可以有效促进智能配电网建设。介绍了智能电网的特点及发展优势,阐述了智能配电网的特性,结合当前智能配电网评价指标体系的研究情况,从配电网智能化建设状况入手,提出了配电网智能化评价指标体系,指标体系主要体现在智能电表安装与数据利用情况、智能终端、智能变电站、智能诊断、光纤到配变、高级量测体系和地理信息系统平台覆盖等方面。采用主成分分析法对不同地区的配电网智能化建设状况进行了评价和分析,得出了与智能配电网建设相关性较高的评价指标。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of intelligent level of distribution network can effectively promote the construction of intelligent distribution network. This paper introduces the characteristics and development advantages of the intelligent power grid, expounds the characteristics of the intelligent distribution network, combines the research situation of the evaluation index system of the intelligent distribution network at present, and starts with the status of the intelligent construction of the distribution network. The intelligent evaluation index system of distribution network is put forward. The index system is mainly embodied in intelligent meter installation and data utilization, intelligent terminal, intelligent substation, intelligent diagnosis, fiber-to-distribution transformer. Advanced measurement system and GIS platform coverage. The main component analysis method is used to evaluate and analyze the intelligent construction of distribution network in different areas, and the evaluation index with high correlation with the intelligent distribution network construction is obtained.
