中成药国家基本药物保障监测分析系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:中成药的生产受原料(中药材)价格和资源存量的影响比较大,一方面,原料药材价格呈现周期性剧烈波动甚至是不可逆的飙升,使得中成药价格不稳定甚至出现成本与最高零售限价倒挂,另一方面,因资源不足或者禁用导致部分中成药被迫停产。中成药国家基本药物保障监测分析系统基于微服务架构,应用Redis实现了系统的集群部署,围绕《国家基本药物目录》(2012年版)中的203种中成药,通过连接和整合中药资源普查数据库、中药资源动态监测数据库、中成药国家基本药物数据库数据,实现了中药材及中成药的动态监测和预警智能化。
[Abstract]:The production of proprietary Chinese medicine is greatly affected by the price of raw materials (Chinese medicinal materials) and the stock of resources. On the one hand, the prices of raw materials fluctuate sharply or even irreversely. The price of proprietary Chinese medicine is unstable and even the cost is inversely linked to the maximum retail price limit. On the other hand, some proprietary Chinese medicines are forced to stop production because of insufficient resources or bans. The National essential Drug Security Monitoring and Analysis system of proprietary Chinese Medicine is based on the architecture of micro-services, and the cluster deployment of the system is realized by using Redis, focusing on the 203 kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines in the National essential Medicines Directory (2012 edition). By connecting and integrating the general survey database of traditional Chinese medicine resources, the dynamic monitoring database of traditional Chinese medicine resources and the data of national basic drug database of Chinese patent medicine, the intelligent dynamic monitoring and early warning of Chinese medicinal materials and proprietary Chinese medicines were realized.
