基于线反电动势检测的无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制系统仿真新方法

【摘要】:在分析无刷直流电机(BLDC)数学模型的基础上,提出了基于线反电动势过零法的无位置传感器控制系统,同时采用转速和电流双闭环控制,使得系统具有更好的稳定性。在Matlab/Simulink环境下,通过把Simulink模块库中的已有模块与S函数相结合的方法,构建了无位置传感器控制系统的仿真模型。仿真结果与理论分析一致,证明了所提出的无位置传感器控制系统仿真模型的准确性。该模型为实际电机控制系统设计提供了指导和参考。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of (BLDC) mathematical model of brushless DC motor, a position sensorless control system based on line back EMF zero crossing method is proposed. At the same time, the speed and current double closed loop control is adopted to make the system have better stability. In Matlab/Simulink environment, the simulation model of sensorless control system is constructed by combining the existing modules in Simulink module library with S function. The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis, and the accuracy of the proposed simulation model of sensorless control system is proved. The model provides guidance and reference for the design of practical motor control system.
