氧化铜纳米材料的制备及其在无酶葡萄糖检测中的应用

【摘要】:本文以醋酸铜和碳酸钠为原料,超声法合成椭球形的氧化铜(Cu O)纳米材料,并用X-射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对材料进行表征。采用Cu O纳米材料修饰的玻碳电极(GCE)构建了无酶葡萄糖传感器。该传感器对葡萄糖检测的线性范围为4.975×10-5-0.012 mol/L,检测限(S/N=2)为3.651×10-5mol·L-1。该传感器具有线性范围宽,检测限低,制备简单,抗干扰能力强,稳定性好等优点。
[Abstract]:In this paper, elliptical copper oxide (Cu O) nanomaterials were synthesized by ultrasonic method with copper acetate and sodium carbonate as raw materials. The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM).
