重金属离子快速检测的电化学传感器研究

重金属离子,尤其是Cd2+,Pb2+和Hg2+,因其高毒性可直接或间接影响人类健康,引起世界各地巨大的关注,因此研究能快速、便捷、灵敏、高效检测痕量重金属离子的电化学生物传感器具有重要意义。本论文拟用纳米多孔类碳糊电极(nanoPPCPE)构建电化学传感器,用于镉离子、铅离子、汞离子检测;同时应用特异性识别重金属离子的核酸适配体修饰电极构建镉离子、汞离子适配体电化学传感器,并对实验条件进行优化。本论文主要研究内容如下:1、nanoPPCPE的制备及对Cd2+、Pb2+和Hg2+的检测。制备了以纳米碳酸钙微球为模板,石墨粉为填料的nanoPPCPE,实验结果表明,nanoPPCPE的电化学性能明显优于市场所售的玻碳电极和纯碳糊电极。将nanoPPCPE应用于标样中重金属离子Cd2+、Pb2+、Hg2+的检测,结果表明:能定量检测出微量Cd2+和Pb2+
