【摘要】：目的 检测吸痰冲洗用0.9%无菌生理盐水染菌情况,探求合理、安全的冲管液更换时间和盛放容器。方法 采集EICU、RICU、ICU病室中需要吸痰患者床旁配置的开启铝盖玻璃瓶装生理盐水,调查其在使用的24h中6个时间点的染菌情况,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 预冲管用的生理盐水24h均无细菌检出,吸痰后冲管用的生理盐水在每一个时间点均检出有致病菌污染,且随着时间的延长其污染程度逐渐加重。结论 吸痰预冲液使用开启铝盖后的瓶装生理盐水是安全的,且24h更换一次是合理的;但对于吸痰后冲管用的生理盐水最好采用灭菌后的广口容器,每次使用前倾倒足量的冲管液,且容器24h更换较为适宜。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the sputum washed with 0.9% sterile saline contamination, explore reasonable, flushing pipe replacement time and liquid container safety. Methods EICU, RICU, sputum suction at the patient's bedside configuration of open aluminum cover glass bottled saline ICU ward, the investigation in the use of the 24h in 6 time points the bacteria, and the detection results were analyzed statistically. Results 24h normal saline pre washing pipe were no bacteria, saline after sputum suction tube at each time point were detected pathogen contamination, and with time the pollution degree gradually increased. Conclusion the sputum priming solution the use of opening a bottle of saline aluminum cover is safe, and 24h replacement time is reasonable; but for saline sputum after work best with a wide mouth container after sterilization, each flush liquid before use dumping adequate, and the container 24h It is more suitable to replace.
