【摘要】：目的探讨乳腺钼靶X线检查时簇状钙化灶对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法收集2013年1月至2015年7月于安徽医科大学第一附属医院放射科行乳腺钼靶X线摄片检查的17例乳腺癌患者,均显示簇状钙化,其入选标准为钙化的每平方厘米数目(N/S)≥5枚,分析钙化的N/S、位置和密度。结果 17例乳腺癌患者共发现18处簇状钙化灶,其中9处位于外上象限,5处位于中央区,3处位于内上象限,1处位于外下象限;N/S≥10的16处(占89%),2处乳腺癌的N/S10;呈泥沙状钙化灶17处,颗粒状钙化灶1处;12处簇状钙化灶内含有小杆状钙化,15处簇状钙化灶内可见分叉状钙化;表现为等及稍高密度有10处,高密度有8处。结论乳腺钼靶X线摄影对伴有簇状钙化的乳腺癌的诊断有重要意义。
