【摘要】:目的:使用磁敏感加权成像(SWI)探讨左、右、混合利手人群铁沉积的差异。方法:共有87个正常人(年龄20~45岁,46例男,41例女)入组,分三组:右利手(51例),左利手(19例)或混合(17例)。磁共振检查包括常规和SWI序列,采用相位图量化铁沉积在尾状核头部和豆状核的角弧度差异,并进行各组间比较。结果:左豆状核区铁沉积:左利手明显低于右利手(P0.001)和混合手(P=0.006),后两者间没有显著差异(P=0.545);右豆状核区铁沉积:右利手低于左利手组(P0.001),其余之间无差异(P=0.07,0.121)。双侧尾状核头区铁沉积各组间未见显著性差异。结论:成人豆状核铁沉积因利手不同而有显著性差异,左侧豆状核以左利手者最低,右侧豆状核也是右利手低于左利手,而尾状核头部铁沉积则无此种差异。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the difference of iron deposition among left, right and mixed hands by magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging (SWI). Methods: a total of 87 normal subjects (46 males and 41 females aged 20 to 45 years) were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into three groups: right handedness (51 cases), left handedness (19 cases) or mixed herniation (17 cases). Mr examination included routine and SWI sequences. The angular radians of iron deposited on the head of caudate nucleus and lentiform nucleus were quantified by phase map. Results: iron deposition in the left lenticular nucleus was significantly lower in the left hand than that in the right hand (P 0.001) and in the mixed hand (P 0.006). There was no significant difference between the latter two. Iron deposition in the right lenticular nucleus was lower in the right hand group than in the left hand group (P 0.001), but there was no difference between the other groups (P < 0.07). There was no significant difference in iron deposition between groups in bilateral caudate nucleus head region. Conclusion: there was significant difference in iron deposition in adult lentiform nucleus due to the difference of hands, and the left lentiform nucleus was the lowest in left lentiform nucleus. The right lentiform nucleus was also lower in the right hand than in the left hand, but the iron deposition in the head of the caudate nucleus had no such difference.
