【摘要】:目的探讨钙、镁、铜、锌、维生素D和大豆联合干预对燃煤型氟中毒雌鼠氟斑牙、骨氟和尿氟的影响。方法将120只SD雌鼠分为对照组、染氟组、高氟+钙尔奇牌添佳片组(即多种元素干预组)、高氟+钙尔奇牌添佳片+大豆组(即多种元素+大豆干预组),每组30只,动物自由食用不同配方的织金病区原煤加拌泥煤烘烤的玉米饲料,构建燃煤型氟中毒动物模型。每组分别于染氟60、120、180 d选择10只大鼠,动态观察雌鼠染氟期间氟斑牙情况,分别采用离子选择电极法、高温灰化-氟离子选择电极法测定雌鼠尿氟、骨氟含量。结果随着染氟时间的延长,氟斑牙症状加重,干预组大鼠氟斑牙程度比染氟组轻。染氟组雌鼠尿氟、骨氟含量均高于同一时间点(60、120、180 d)的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。同一时间点时,染氟组、多种元素干预组、多种元素+大豆干预组雌鼠的尿氟含量依次增加,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);染氟组雌鼠骨氟含量高于对照组,但多种元素干预组、多种元素+大豆干预组骨氟含量均低于染氟组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。随着染毒时间的延长,染氟组、多种元素干预组、多种元素+大豆干预组的尿氟含量均逐渐增加,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);染氟组骨氟含量逐渐增加,多种元素干预组、多种元素+大豆干预组骨氟含量逐渐降低,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论高剂量氟对雌鼠有明显毒性作用,多种营养素干预可拮抗其毒性作用,若在此基础上添加大豆联合干预则拮抗作用更明显。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, vitamin D and soybean on dental fluorosis, bone fluorine and urine fluoride in female rats with coal-burning fluorosis. Methods 120 SD female rats were divided into control group and fluorine-exposed group. There were 30 rats in each group (30 rats in each group) in Tianjia tablet group with high fluorocarbamate (i.e., multielement intervention group), and 30 rats in each group in high fluoride calcium irge brand Tianjia tablet soybean group (30 rats in each group). The animal model of fluorosis was established by eating raw coal and baking corn feed mixed with peat in different formula of Zhijin disease area. Ten rats were selected in each group on 60,120,180 days after exposure to fluoride. The fluoride content in urine and bone of female rats were determined by ion selective electrode method and high temperature ashing fluorine ion selective electrode method. The degree of dental fluorosis in the intervention group was lighter than that in the fluorine-exposed group, and the urine fluoride and bone fluoride content in the fluorine-exposed group were higher than those in the control group at the same time point (60 ~ 120 ~ 180 days). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). At the same time, the urinary fluorine content of female rats in the fluoride group, multi-element intervention group and multi-element soybean intervention group increased in turn. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The bone fluorine content of female rats in fluoride group was higher than that of control group, but the bone fluorine content in multi-element intervention group and soybean intervention group was lower than that in fluoride group. With the prolongation of exposure time, the urine fluorine content of fluoride group, multi-element intervention group and multi-element soybean intervention group increased gradually. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The bone fluorine content of fluoride group increased gradually, the bone fluorine content decreased gradually in multi-element intervention group and multi-element soybean intervention group. Conclusion High dose fluoride has obvious toxic effect on female rats, and the intervention of multiple nutrients can antagonize its toxicity. The antagonistic effect is more obvious if soybean joint intervention is added on this basis.
