【摘要】:正附录A附录B附录C医院急诊工作场所不同类别暴力事件处理策略1言辞辱骂沉着冷静,耐心解释。如果上述沟通失败,及时交给其他护士或医师处理。护士由护士长或其授权人选来指定;医师则由科主任、相关负责人或者在场最高级职称医师指定。如果上述沟通失败,则有意识地将患者或其家属转至医务处(非其值班时间,则可通知行政总值班);视情况可通知科主任。面临局势升级,判断患者或家属可能由言辞辱骂转为暴力威胁,或即将使用暴力,则按"2威胁使用暴力""3已经使用暴力"处理流程。
