开展品管圈活动对护士胰岛素注射部位规范轮换执行率的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨开展品管圈活动让护士进行胰岛素注射时规范轮换注射部位的效果。方法由9名护士组成品管圈小组,以"提高胰岛素注射部位规范轮换执行率"为活动主题,选定主题后调查现状、分析原因、设定目标、制定对策、组织实施、确认效果并采取措施。结果开展品管圈活动后护士注射胰岛素时规范轮换注射部位执行率显著提高,由原来的59.33%上升为90.63%(P0.05),圈员7个方面的能力得到提高,平均成长值为21.38%,护士对胰岛素注射部位轮换相关知识的知晓率由85%提升到98%。结论开展品管圈活动有效提高护士胰岛素注射部位规范轮换的执行率,同时提高了圈员发现问题和解决问题的能力,增强团队合作意识。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of quality control circle activities for nurses to standardize the rotation of injection sites during insulin injection. Methods 9 nurses formed a quality control ring group. To "improve the rotation rate of insulin injection site" as the activity theme, select the theme after the investigation of the status quo, analysis of the reasons, set goals, formulate strategies, organize implementation. Results the implementation rate of the standard rotation injection site was significantly increased when the nurses injected insulin after the quality control circle activities were carried out. From the original 59.33% to 90.63 P0.05, the ability of the circle member in seven aspects has been improved, the average growth value is 21.38%. The awareness of nurses about the rotation of insulin injection sites increased from 85% to 98.Conclusion the implementation rate of standard rotation of insulin injection sites of nurses can be improved effectively by carrying out quality control circle activities. At the same time, improve the circle of problem-finding and problem-solving ability, enhance the sense of teamwork.
