慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者早期脑灰质体积的体素形态学分析

【摘要】:目的运用磁共振基于体素形态学分析(voxel-based morphometry,VBM)慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者早期脑灰质体积改变,为临床早期诊断及评估提供参考。方法运用PHILIPS 3.0T MR对临床确诊为COPD患者18例及正常者30例进行全脑三维T1加权成像,在Matlab2010b平台运用spm8及VBM8软件对比分析两组间灰质体积差异。结果 COPD患者在右侧颞下回、左侧额眶回、右侧海马旁回、右侧颞极、双侧尾状核、双侧前运动皮层、左侧缘上回、左侧岛叶灰质体积明显减小(Alphasim校正,体素100,P0.05)。结论 COPD患者有明显灰质改变,VBM技术可检测组间灰质体积差异,对临床早期脑功能诊断与评估有一定意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the early changes of gray matter volume in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (pulmonary) of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) based on voxel-based morphometry. Methods PHILIPS 3.0T Mr imaging was performed in 18 patients with COPD and 30 normal controls. Results the difference of gray matter volume in the right inferior temporal gyrus, left frontal orbital gyrus, right para-hippocampal gyrus, right temporal pole, bilateral caudate nucleus, bilateral anterior motor cortex and left superior marginal gyrus in patients with COPD were analyzed by using spm8 and VBM8 software on Matlab2010b platform. The volume of gray matter in the left insular lobe was significantly reduced by Alphasim correction, and the volume of voxel was 100m P0.05.ConclusionVBM technique can be used to detect the difference of gray matter volume in patients with COPD, which is of significance for the early diagnosis and evaluation of brain function in patients with COPD.
