新型MRI纳米对比剂钆喷酸掺杂的介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子的制备及体外MR成像

【摘要】:目的研制一种新型的具有分子靶向显像潜能的高掺钆量的介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子用于MRI。方法采用反向微乳液法将钆喷酸掺杂到介孔二氧化硅(MSNs)孔道中,制备钆喷酸掺杂的介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子(GdMSNs)。ICP-AES检测纳米粒的含钆量;透射电镜观察纳米粒的形貌特征;3.0 T MRI系统体外观察纳米粒。结果成功制备出Gd-MSNs,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测得掺钆量百分比达12.11%;制备的Gd-MSNs形态呈圆球形,直径约50~70 nm。MRI显示Gd-MSNs能显著缩短T_1和T_2的弛豫时间,表现为短T_1、短T_2的信号特点。结论成功制备的单分散、易修饰、高载药量的新型掺钆纳米材料,有望成为一种新型的多功能靶向MRI纳米对比剂。
[Abstract]:Objective to develop a novel mesoporous silica nanoparticles with high potential for molecular targeting imaging for MRI.Methods Gadolinium-spouted acid was doped into the mesoporous silica (MSNs) pore by reverse microemulsion method. Gadolinium-doped mesoporous silica nanoparticles were prepared by GdMSNsU. ICP-AES to detect gadolinium content. Results Gd-MSNs were successfully prepared, and the percentage of gadolinium doped with Gd-MSNs was 12.11% by ICP-AES. The morphology of prepared Gd-MSNs was spherical, and the morphology of Gd-MSNs was spherical, the morphology of Gd-MSNs was spherical, and the morphology of Gd-MSNs was measured by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP-AES). The diameter of 50 ~ 70 nm.MRI showed that Gd-MSNs could significantly shorten the relaxation time of T _ S _ 1 and T _ s _ 2, which showed the signal characteristics of short T _ 1 and T _ s _ 2.Conclusion A new type of gadolinium doped nanomaterials, which are monodisperse, easy to modify and high drug loading, have been successfully prepared. It is expected to be a new multi-functional target MRI nano contrast agent.
