液质联用技术检测脂肪酸的研究进展

【摘要】:近年来,高效液相色谱-质谱联用(HPLC-MS)技术在生物化学(蛋白质、肽和核酸)、环境保护、医药研究等方面应用广泛。该技术不仅具有HPLC对复杂样品的高分离效能、仪器自动化等特点,而且还具有MS的高专属性、高灵敏度、高选择性、分析速度快和强大结构测定的优势。随着现代化高新技术的发展,HPLC-MS凭借自身的技术优势,必将在未来多个重要领域的检测中发挥越来越重要的作用。脂肪酸(fatty acids,FA)是由碳、氢、氧3种元素组成的一类有机化合物,其在有充足氧供给的情况下,可氧化分解为CO_2和H_2O,释放大量能量,为机体主要能量来源之一。本文综述了HPLC-MS技术在检测不同样本中FA的应用,对其存在的问题进行讨论,并对其在生物化学领域的应用前景进行展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) has been widely used in biochemistry (protein, peptide and nucleic acid), environmental protection, medical research, etc. With the development of modern high technology, HPLC-MS has its own advantages, such as high quality, high sensitivity, high selectivity, fast analysis and powerful structure measurement. Fatty acid fatty acids (fatty acids) are a class of organic compounds composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, which can be supplied with sufficient oxygen. It can be decomposed into CO_2 and H _ 2O, releasing a large amount of energy, which is one of the main energy sources of the body. This paper reviews the application of HPLC-MS technology in the detection of FA in different samples, and discusses its existing problems. The prospect of its application in the field of biochemistry is prospected.
