临床护理人员安全注射认知现状调查与对策分析

【摘要】：目的了解护理人员对安全注射认知的情况,针对存在的问题提出相关措施。方法 2016年3月对医院1 500名护理人员发放"安全注射认知调查表",计算各条目正确率,比较不同科室、不同工作时间、不同职称护士各条目得分情况,应用SPSS21.0统计软件对资料进行统计分析。结果回收"安全注射认知调查表"1 500份,回收率100.0%;护理人员安全注射认知总得分为(9.21±1.99)分,不同科室、不同工作时间、不同职称护士安全注射认知得分差异有统计学意义(P0.05);特殊病区、检验科采血室护士得分最高;≤3年的护士得分最低,工作时间越长,护士安全注射认知得分越高;职称越高,安全注射认知得分越高。结论护理人员安全注射知识掌握不足,医院管理者应抓住安全注射操作中的关键环节,对不同的护士群体及岗位开展个性化、针对性的培训,进一步完善安全注射制度、流程,增强护理人员安全注射意识,规范安全注射行为。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the cognition of safety injection among nurses, and to put forward relevant measures to solve the problems. Methods in March 2016, 1 500 nurses in hospital were given the questionnaire of Safety injection Cognition, and the correct rate of each item was calculated. The scores of nurses in different departments, different working hours and different titles were compared, and the data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 software. Results 1 500 copies of "Safety injection Cognitive questionnaire" were recovered.
