PICC专科护士工作体验的质性研究

【摘要】：目的深入了解PICC专科护士的工作体验,以期为制订针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法 2016年5-6月,采用目的抽样法,选择山东省内符合纳入条件的11名PICC专科护士为研究对象,采用现象学研究法对其进行半结构式访谈,并用Colaizzi现象学资料7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果 PICC专科护士的工作体验可归纳为3个主题:自身的成长与收获;肩负的责任与使命;面临的困难与挑战。结论 PICC专科护理工作促进PICC专科护士不断成长,实现自我价值;强烈的责任感和使命感坚定了他们的职业信念;管理者应规范PICC专科护士的角色和职责,采取相关措施缓解其心理压力,并提供实质性的支持和帮助,以促进PICC专科护理队伍的发展。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the working experience of PICC specialist nurses in order to provide reference for making targeted intervention measures. Methods from May to June 2016, 11 PICC nurses in Shandong province were selected as the research objects by using objective sampling method. The semi-structured interview was conducted with phenomenological research method, and the interview data was analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenological data analysis method. Results the working experience of PICC specialist nurses can be summed up into three themes: their own growth and harvest; Conclusion the PICC specialty nursing work promotes the PICC specialized nurses to grow continuously, realizes the self-value, the strong sense of responsibility and the sense of mission strengthened their professional belief. Managers should standardize the roles and responsibilities of PICC nurses, take relevant measures to relieve their psychological pressure, and provide substantial support and help to promote the development of PICC specialist nursing team.
