临床分离携带psm-mec基因耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌的SCCmec型别分析

【摘要】:目的探讨临床分离携带psm-mec基因耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌(MRSE)的SCCmec型别。方法收集临床分离并经全自动微生物鉴定系统准确鉴定的表皮葡萄球菌165株,通过PCR扩增esp和mecA基因准确鉴定MRSE,扩增psm-mec、fudoh和p221片段鉴定携带psm-mec菌株。采用多重PCR对携带psm-mec基因的MRSE的mec、ccr和SCCmec进行分型。结果 138株MRSE菌株中,29株携带psm-mec基因,携带率为17.58%。多重PCR对mec和ccr分型结果显示,携带psm-mec基因MRSE均为Class A mec,但ccr型别存在明显的多样性。多重PCR对SCCmec分型结果显示,所有菌株均可扩增出Ⅱ型和/或Ⅲ型SCCmec条带,且为混合型别。结论临床分离携带psm-mec基因的MRSE的SCCmec具有同源性,以含Class A mec的携带Ⅱ型和/或Ⅲ型SCCmec为主。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical SCCmec type of psm-mec gene carrying methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis.Methods 165 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis were collected and identified by automatic microbiological identification system. Esp and mecA genes were amplified by PCR, and psm-mecfudoh and p221 fragments were amplified to identify the strains carrying psm-mec.The meccccr and SCCmec of MRSE carrying psm-mec gene were genotyped by multiplex PCR.Results among 138 strains of MRSE, 29 strains carried psm-mec gene, and the carrying rate was 17.58%.The results of multiple PCR genotyping of mec and ccr showed that the MRSE carrying psm-mec gene was Class A mec. but there was obvious diversity of ccr type.The results of SCCmec typing by multiple PCR showed that all strains could amplify type 鈪,
