基于Pearson相关系数的癌症患者创伤后成长与心理适应相关性的Meta分析

【摘要】：目的采用Meta分析的方法,基于Pearson相关系数评价癌症患者创伤后成长(PTG)与心理适应的相关性。方法计算机检索PubMed、Elsevier ScienceDirect、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、相关期刊论文、中国生物医学文献数据库、中文科技期刊数据库和万方数据库等,检索时限均为从建库至2016年10月,查找关于癌症患者创伤后成长与心理适应相关性的文献。按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的质量后,采用Stata12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入43篇文献,7 589例患者。Meta分析结果显示:PTG与抑郁呈极弱负相关(r=-0.18);PTG与总体生活质量(QoL)呈弱正相关(r=0.22);PTG与正性情感呈弱正相关(r=0.36)。结论创伤后成长分数越高,抑郁分数越低,总体QoL得分和正性情感得分越高,心理状况越好。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the correlation between posttraumatic growth (PTG) and psychological adaptation of cancer patients by Meta analysis based on Pearson correlation coefficient.Methods We searched the Cochrane Library, the full text database of Chinese periodicals, the Chinese biomedical literature database, the Chinese scientific and technological journal database and the Wanfang database by computer. The time of retrieval was from the establishment of the database to October 2016.Search for literature on the relationship between posttraumatic growth and psychological adaptation in cancer patients.The literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the data was extracted and the quality of the study was evaluated. Meta analysis was carried out with Stata12.0 software.Results A meta-analysis of 7 589 patients was conducted in 43 literatures. The results showed that there was a very weak negative correlation between PTG and depression. There was a weak positive correlation between PTG and total quality of life (QOL). There was a weak positive correlation between PTG and positive emotion.Conclusion the higher the score of post-traumatic growth, the lower the score of depression, the higher the score of total QoL and positive emotion, the better the psychological condition.
