基于Android平台的无创血压连续监测系统

【摘要】:血压是反映心脏和血管功能状况的重要参数,无创、准确的血压连续监测便携式系统能提高血压监测的舒适性与便捷性,从而有助于心血管疾病的预防和诊断。根据血压连续监测需求,设计一套基于Android平台的无创血压连续监测系统。该系统由前端信号采集系统和手机端App构成,可实现心电、脉搏信号的同步采集。用手机端App实时绘制两路波形,计算出脉搏波传导时间PWTT和脉搏波波形特征量K,建立血压回归模型,计算血压值,并对血压的变化进行图表分析。实验结果表明,所设计的无创血压监测系统测量的血压绝对误差均小于8 mm Hg,标准误差小于5 mm Hg,App界面简单易操作,用户通过随身携带的手机就能随时查看自己身体健康状况变化,达到预防高血压疾病和及时问医的目的。
[Abstract]:Blood pressure is an important parameter to reflect the function of heart and blood vessel. The accurate portable system of continuous monitoring of blood pressure can improve the comfort and convenience of blood pressure monitoring, which is helpful to the prevention and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. According to the requirement of continuous blood pressure monitoring, a non-invasive blood pressure monitoring system based on Android platform is designed. The system consists of a front-end signal acquisition system and a mobile phone terminal App, which can realize the synchronous acquisition of ECG and pulse signals. The pulse wave conduction time (PWTT) and pulse wave characteristic value (K) were calculated by using mobile phone terminal App. The blood pressure regression model was established, and the blood pressure value was calculated, and the change of blood pressure was analyzed. The experimental results show that the absolute error of blood pressure measured by the designed non-invasive blood pressure monitoring system is less than 8 mm Hg, and the standard error is less than 5 mm. The interface of the system is simple and easy to operate. Users can check their health changes with their mobile phones to prevent high blood pressure and ask doctors in time.
